About Fred
As a graduate of Kent State University
in Kent, Ohio with a degree in economics and business
administration, I have the foundation it takes to
be detail oriented and organized, thus providing
you with one of the most professional real estate
experiences possible.
Before
moving west to Oregon, I first lived in the Bay
area and worked in the high tech industry. I migrated
north to the Portland area and worked in purchasing
before finally discovering the beauty and unmatched
lifestyle the greater Bend area offers. I have
lived in the Tumalo country-side, downtown Bend
proper and finally to where I now call home - the
fabulous new community situated on Bend's Westside
- Northwest Crossing. I have an admiration for
the serenity of country property and the foresight
for what the development of downtown infill lots
and master planned mixed use communities can offer
with the rapid growth of Bend. With my background
and experiences, I have chosen to specialize in
Westside homes, country acreages and working with
those who are relocating to the Central Oregon
area to live the healthy lifestyle I have also
chosen. I keep up-to-date statistics to help you
make the best home buying decision. Relocating
to Bend myself, I not only understand what is involved
in moving with a family, but with Bend's continued
growth, I want to show those moving here the many
lifestyle options available. If I am not 100% sure
of your questions, I will find the answer out and
get right back to you - that is my " dog-gone honest " approach
and philosophy of real estate.
I am a member of the National (NAR),
State (OAR) and local (COAR) real estate organizations
which keeps me up to date on all the trends and new
laws in the industry. I am a member of the Athletic
Club of Bend which keeps me physically and mentally
fit. I am a volunteer for the Habitat for Humanity
which contributes back to the community I am so much
a part of. I enjoy hiking, traveling, am an avid
reader and historian and enjoy spending time with
my family and being involved in the children's' activities.
